The meeting opens with the statement by the President of the Circle, which paints a positive report on the success of initiatives undertaken during the year 2010 (summarized in a list distributed before the meeting), both from a numerical point of view that involvement and vitality of the participants, although it is a clear discrepancy between the participants in each initiative and active members of the Club. 3 . the opportunity to meet the need of knowledge and awareness of the community, often shared by members of the Club, on the most current environmental issues, starting from the positive experience of the recently held conference on nuclear energy with other associations. 4. Sviluppo finanziamenti ex INFEA: Essendo cambiati i sistemi di assegnazione dei finanziamenti Infea (a questo punto Ex infea) il Circolo sarà probabilmente chiamato ad un impegno maggiore di quello attuale. Per conseguire un buon risultato sia dal punto di vista di immagine del Circolo che di riuscita del progetto sarebbe necessario aumentare il numero delle persone impegnate. Quindi si rende necessaria la ricerca di persone disponibili.
Il maggior impegno da parte dei soci e la possibilità che al circolo vengano attribuiti dei fondi per la gestione del coordinamento dell’attività dell’ex Infea rende necessario l’apertura di un conto corrente per rendere ancor più agile e trasparente il flusso economico. Dopo varie analisi si è deciso di aprire il suddetto conto corrente presso Banca Etica.
L’assemblea approva il bilancio consuntivo 2010 e di previsione 2011 (allegati alla mail di convocazione dell’assemblea) e conferma le cariche senza variazioni rispetto alle elezioni dell’ultima assemblea del 30.01.2010: Gaetano Rispoli – Presidente; Cesiano Del Maso - Vicepresidente; Silvia Fè Tesoriere; Ingrid Marabissi Segretario.
